RICE Prioritization

RICE = Reach × Impact × (Confidence ÷ 100) ÷ Effort. Enter all four inputs. Enter confidence as a percentage such as 100, 80 or 50. Typical impact scores are 3, 2, 1, 0.5 and 0.25; effort is in person-months. The score stays blank when inputs are missing or effort is zero. Use consistent periods and units, and assess dependencies and mandatory work separately.
